1 Our company dish network has many other services that we provide to you the consumer, we here at dish network, are
constantly making great strides in the services that we provide to you. At any time in the future any services that we give
you we hold you the subscriber to pay or render payment.
2 Programming changes are allowd to be made by you the consumer at anytime in the future. There may additiaol charges
that would need to be payed by you.
3 Some channels in you are may be blocked, shows such as sports, movies and doucmentary, if at anytime you try to unlock
these channels you could be viable in a court of law and or be fined.
4 When ordering pay perview you do not need to contact dish network, all pay perview ordering is done at home with your
universal remote control. If you want you may call in to order 1800 877 Dish is the number that you use. A samll fee
will be charged to your bill if you us the automated system.
5 If you want to fine tune other television in your house an additional receiver will be needed. Dish network allows
for you to place up to five receivers in your at one time for a reduced rate. All receivers must be used in the same location,
if you would like to use a receiver at another location you must open up a serparte account for that location.
6 Dish network hold the right to change any service that we provide to and or fees and channels offered to you. If at
anytime changes we made affect you we will contact you to notify you of sed changes.
Billing
1 You agree to pay all amounts billed for Services and to pay all taxes, fees and other charges, if any, which are now
or may in the future be assessed on the Services you receive from us. Unless you prepay for a multi-month subscription to
Services, we will bill you each month, in advance, for Services ordered by you or anyone who uses your DISH Network Equipment,
whether with or without your permission, until you cancel the Services. The bills you receive will show the total amount due,
the payment due date, payments, credits, purchases and other charges to your account
