Satellite pointer are used to find the correct elevation that your satellite dish will need lock
on to the correct satellite to recieve reception.
1 Input the satellite that you are looking to find
2 select the location that you are in and click calculate, this will give you the correct azimuth
and elevation that you need
( if you are unable to find the correct satellite simply enter the its location in the field)
Once you have selected where you want to place you satellite dish you have to make sure that you
have a clear line of site. Meaning that you dish has to be placed where there is nothing blocking the line of site ( trees,
buildings, etc)
